This meal is very tasty! I found this on pinterest and thought it sounded interesting, but I didn't expect it to be so yummy and different. The blackberry jam is not obvious but it REALLY makes this dish what it is! Yum! My favorite way of cooking this is in a skillet, for me the crock pot drys the chicken out way too much.
