Vegetable Beef Soup (Freezer Meal Kit)

There is nothing better when it is cold outside to eat hot, nourishing soup! Of all the super yummy soups we eat, I think this is my very favorite! We have been making it for nearly 20 years many times each winter, going back and forth adding browned hamburger and stew meat. I can't wait for it to be cold enough soon to have this often again. Nearly there :)
