I love to make this chicken into barbecue sandwiches. The way I like to cook this the most is in the oven. I toss it in all square backing pan frozen, over the frozen chicken in the morning. Cover it with tin foil and let it marinade all day. I then just mix it up a bit, put it in the oven and gather up my sides in the time it cooks. Shred it up and serve it for a perfect easy dinner. Its even better when I use our own homemade bbq sauce!
