I was really pleased when we first tried this recipe. We really like it. It has a different twist on orange chicken than normal, but I really love it because it has a bold flavor and is not breaded and fried like many. I also love that I can put it in a freezer meal and cook it in the skillet, oven or crock pot. I have made every way now several times, and like it MUCH better done up in a skillet! In the crock pot the chicken just drys out too much for me. We serve it over brown rice and it is super tasty.
